PURCHASING POLICIES

All puppies are sold with limited registration and spay/neuter agreement unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

We do not guarantee color, hair length, height or weight of any puppies.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS



To guarantee your selected puppy a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 must be received within 5 days of the date of selection of your puppy. This deposit will be taken off the total cost of the puppy. If the puppy is to be shipped the balance due , plus shipping, must be received by the time the puppy is 7 weeks of age.

All payments are non refundable after they have been received by us.

Should you decide not purchase a puppy after we receive your deposit or full payment, you will lose your deposit or full payment that we have received. Your payment may go towards another puppy in the future.

We accept money orders, cashiers check, cash, Paypal or Visa/Mastercard or personal checks up until the puppy is 5 weeks of age.




No puppy will be shipped until the check for the full purchase price has cleared your bank and is fully available to Riverwind Malamutes .

Puppies purchased must be paid in full by 8 weeks and can be held until 9 weeks of age. Any purchased puppy not picked up by 9 weeks will be charged $5.00/day boarding fee.

Two year health guarantee against life threatening genetic/congenital diseases.

We highly recommend puppy classes and obedience training

We require a signed contract before the puppy goes to his new home. ( See contract) If we do not have a signed contract your signature(s) will be assumed.

SHIPPING

Shipping of $290.00 covers airfare, crate and veterinarian health certificate for puppies under the age of 11 weeks. After 11 weeks the price will be based on weight and age of the puppy. The puppies are shipped at the expense of the purchaser and Riverwind Malamutes will comply with the guidelines of the air carriers. Puppies will be available for shipping at 8 weeks and will be shipped at a time that the buyer and seller agree upon and what is best for the puppy. Puppies will be available at 7 weeks if purchaser picks up the puppy.

To the best of our knowledge all puppies sold will be in good condition and healthy at the time of sale. We follow good veterinary practices and provide proper care to ensure the health and safety of our puppies.
